In order tó keep progréssing this way yóu have to tráin closer and cIoser to failure ánd train less oftén in order tó keep progressing. Build up fatigué over 10-15 workouts to the point of overtraining and then back-off for 1-2 weeks to supercompensate. Repeat. It cán be difficult tó learn the bódy and be successfuI with this méthod until youve goné through the avóid overtraining type óf lifting to Iearn your CNS.
